In Kazan, a girl died while riding on a tubing tied to a car

A girl died in Kazan as a result of riding on a tubing tied to a car. This was reported on Friday, January 10, by the press service of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.

It is established that the girl was riding on a tubing attached to a Hyundai Getz, the driver of which violated traffic rules by transporting her outside the cabin of the car.

"The identity of the owner of the car driving the vehicle has been established. She turned out to be a 22-year-old friend of the deceased", - stated in the message of the Department in Telegram-channel.

On the fact of the incident a criminal case under paragraph "b" part 4 of article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A number of expert examinations have been appointed.

The accused fully admitted her guilt. She was chosen a measure of restraint in the form of a signature on non-departure.

Earlier, on December 10, 2024, a 17-year-old girl died in the city of Krasnoyarsk, and her 20-year-old friend was hospitalized with serious injuries when their tubing flew into the oncoming lane. A criminal case was opened for violation of the rules of road traffic and operation of vehicles.
