Blinovskaya was stopped from collecting 1.1 billion rubles in taxes
Enforcement proceedings to recover from blogger Elena Blinovskaya more than 1.1 billion rubles in taxes have been terminated, "RIA Novosti" found out.
It is reported that with Blinovskaya collected 1,168,855,426 rubles, but at the end of November 2024, a decision was made to terminate due to the bankruptcy of the "queen of marathons".
The publication indicates that the debt of 2.5 thousand rubles continues to be collected.
Earlier, on December 16, 2024, blogger Elena Blinovskaya filed an appeal against the bankruptcy decision. According to the court filing, her husband Alexei Blinovsky also filed an appeal against the bankruptcy decision on December 6.
December 5, the Federal Tax Service (FTS) filed an application to the court to include almost 1.2 billion rubles in the debt claims against blogger Elena Blinovski. The validity of this claim of the agency will be considered at a meeting on February 3, 2025.
November 29, it was reported that Blinovskaya's debt of 1 billion 173 million rubles to the Federal Tax Service was fully paid.
On November 13, the court declared Blinovskaya bankrupt. Tax inspectors opposed this decision because of the property available to the blogger. In turn, Blinovskaya's lawyers argued that the debts would be repaid by the end of December. Two days later, the Federal Tax Service closed the blogger's legal entity.
In April 2023, Blinovskaya was detained on suspicion of fraud for non-payment of taxes in the amount of about 918 million rubles. She was under house arrest for about a year. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation completed the investigation against Blinovskaya on July 25. On August 30, 2024, the blogger partially pleaded guilty to tax evasion.
