A resident of Yenakievo in the DNR was detained on suspicion of state treason

A resident of Yenakievo in the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) has been detained on suspicion of treason. This was reported on January 10 by the official representative of the FSS of Russia in the DNR Arina Klepanova.

According to preliminary data, the man repeatedly transferred money to electronic accounts, from which the financing of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) servicemen was made.

"The investigative unit of the FSSB opened a criminal case under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("High Treason")," Klepanova informed.

Earlier, on January 9, in the Kherson region arrested a woman who passed information about the Russian Armed Forces to Ukraine. It is established that the suspect collected and transferred to the curator information about the locations of military deployment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the territory of Kherson region in April 2023.
