Travel on the M-11 highway from Moscow to Solnechnogorsk has become more expensive

Since January 9, the cost of single trips on the routes of the toll road M-11 from Moscow to Solnechnogorsk for all categories of vehicles has changed, the indexation amounted from 3% to 9%. This follows from the message of the operator of the highway - North-West Concession Company.

The change affected both the owners of transponders and drivers who pay the fare with cash and bank cards. For users who make regular trips on season tickets with a transponder, the cost remained the same. It is noted that savings on trips with subscriptions will reach up to 65% compared to the basic cost.

For passenger cars (category 1, the most common) the price has increased from 10 to 100 rubles per trip, depending on the route and travel time. For example, a trip from Moscow to Sheremetyevo-2 or to the Central Ring Road from 1:00 to 6:00 will be Br100. The price can reach Br1.4 thousand, such a tariff is valid for a trip on the route Moscow - Solnechnogorsk (6:00-1:00; Friday and Saturday) and Solnechnogorsk - Moscow (6:00-1:00; Sunday).

On December 12, 2024 it was reported that the Russian government approved a new plan for the construction of new federal toll roads by the state company Avtodor until 2030. The total amount of funds for the objects will increase by 20% - from 877 billion to 1.052 trillion rubles.

December 9, it became known that budget revenues from fines for unpaid travel on federal toll roads for three years increased sixfold. Thus, in 2021-2024, the federal budget revenues from fines for unpaid travel amounted to Br2.9 billion. At the same time, in 2024, which has not yet ended, the collections reached 976.3 million rubles.
