Roe deer and deer hunting season ends on January 10 in Transbaikalia

On Friday, January 10, the hunting season for all full-age groups of Siberian roe deer, as well as for elk and red deer will end in the Transbaikal Territory. The regional Ministry of Natural Resources has set a deadline of January 20 to hand in permits for the extraction of hunting resources.

This must be done at the place where the permits were received in accordance with the schedule of reception, writes IA ChitaMedia with reference to the department. Those who will not do it in time or at all, will face administrative responsibility.

At the end of December it was reported that in Transbaikalia saved four falcons from being used for illegal hunting. Rare birds, included in the Red Book, were found in the cars of two residents of Chita. They were transporting three balaban falcons and a gyrfalcon immobilized.
