In the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk administrative district of the capital the construction of a fire depot has been completed - a new facility has been erected on Salaryevskaya Street in the Kommunarka district. According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the depot is designed for 144 people and six cars.

"The fire depot has everything you need: premises for special equipment and its maintenance, a communication point, a paramedic's office with a treatment room, rest rooms, classrooms and a gym," the mayor wrote in his Telegram channel.

The complex has, in particular, training towers with rock-climbing walls, a sports ground, training fire hydrants.

As Sobyanin noted, the construction of fire depots on the territory of TINAO within the framework of the state program "Safe City" is almost completed: since 2017, 16 objects have already been commissioned. The last depot we plan to enter in 2025.

In mid-December, the mayor of the capital told that the fleet of the Moscow Aviation Center was replenished with a new firefighting helicopter Ka-32A11BC. As Sobyanin noted, the new machine "has the latest system of location and avionics" and is adapted for flights "in the most difficult weather conditions". All these qualities make the helicopter "indispensable for work in dense urban development," the mayor emphasized. "Now the aviation fleet of the IAC has 12 rotorcraft: six firefighting, five sanitary and one - reconnaissance", - said the mayor.
