The first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergey Kiriyenko, and the head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR), Denis Pushilin, presented presents to six-year-old Miroslava and eight-year-old Daniil Gantsov and four-year-old Tatyana Skvortsova as part of the All-Russian Wishing Tree campaign. The video with congratulations to the children was published by the head of the DNR in Telegram on January 7.

Daniil is fond of the mysteries of sunken ships and is particularly interested in the history of the Titanic. In the future, he dreams of becoming a special forces officer. The boy was presented with an underwater drone. In turn, the young artist Miroslava dreamed of a smart station. The girl is also engaged in folk dancing and wants to become a doctor.

"Well, and the smallest - Tanya -- really wanted a doll. For such a little girl it is not just a toy, but a real friend, she immediately began to take care of her. It was fun to communicate with the children: inquisitive, open, active. And it's great that we, adults, help their dreams come true!" - shared his impressions Pushilin.

Earlier, on January 6, Kiriyenko made gifts to four children from the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) as part of the "Christmas Tree of Wishes". Three brothers of three, six and eleven years old received a gift of constructors and toy railroad, and another ten-year-old boy Kirienko gave a sports backpack.

The "Wishing Tree" charity event is a project of the Russian "Movement of the First" with the support of Rosmolodezh, which has been taking place since 2018 and lasts from mid-November to the end of February. Thanks to the campaign, children between the ages of three and 17 who find themselves in a difficult life situation get the opportunity to fulfill a cherished wish or receive a gift for the New Year. In 2023, the Wishing Tree started on November 15 and runs until February 28, 2024.
