Two teenagers beat up an employee of an order delivery point in the north-east of Moscow and stole a phone. This was reported on January 6 by the main investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the capital.
It is specified that the incident occurred on Sunday, January 5, on Olonetskaya Street. Teenagers, threatening with weapons, beat up an employee of the issuing point and stole a phone, the cost of which is 90 thousand rubles.
Law enforcement authorities detained 17-year-old attackers. On the fact of the incident a criminal case on the signs of a crime under part 3 of article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery").
"With the suspects are conducting investigative actions, in the near future they will be charged and a measure of restraint will be chosen," - indicated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.
Earlier, on December 23, 2024, a gang of teenagers beat a 14-year-old boy in the entranceway in the east of Moscow. The parents of the victim wrote a statement to the police. After the attackers found out the phone number of the boy's older sister and began to threaten, demanding to take back the statement.
