Four people were injured in a road accident in the Omsk region
Four people were injured in a traffic accident in the Omsk region, reported the press service of the regional traffic police on January 3.
They specified that the incident occurred near the 46th km of the highway Syropyatskoye - Kalachinsk.
According to the agency, the driver of the car "Chevrolet Niva" went into the lane of oncoming traffic, resulting in a collision with the car "Lada Largus". At that moment, a woman driving a Kia K 5, trying to prevent the accident with "Lada Largus", hit a light pole of a power line.
"As a result of the accident medical assistance was needed to the driver of the car "Chevrolet Niva" and his two passengers <...>, as well as the passenger of the car Kia - a 17-year-old young man", - noted in the management of the traffic police in the Omsk region.
The causes and circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
Earlier in the day it was reported that in the Tyumen region, a shuttle bus was involved in an accident on the highway Tyumen - Salairka - the border of the Sverdlovsk region, as a result five people were injured.
