An accident involving several cars occurred in Moscow on the outer side of the 68th km of the Moscow Ring Road. This was reported by the Department of Transport on January 3.
"At the site are working operational services of the city. The circumstances of the incident and information about the victims are being clarified," - stated in the message published in the Telegram-channel.
It is specified that the movement is hampered on 3.5 km.
Drivers were urged to choose ways of detour. Information about the victims is not specified.
Earlier, on January 1, three cars collided on the 50th km of the Moscow Ring Road. Several lanes of traffic were blocked. It was reported about two victims.
On the same day in Krasnogorsk near Moscow, a car with fireworks inside caught fire as a result of a traffic accident. A source in law enforcement agencies told Izvestia that the car drove into oncoming traffic. The driver was most likely in an inebriated state. The owners of the injured car said that there was a collision, and after the car caught fire. The driver of the car that caught fire fled the scene.
