A woman was injured in a fire in St. Petersburg
As a result of a fire in an apartment in Nevsky district of St. Petersburg, a woman was injured. About it on January 2 reported in the GU of the Ministry of emergency Situations of Russia in the region.
"In a two-room apartment, in a room of 15 square meters there was burning of furnishings on the area of 4 square meters," - specified in the message in the Telegram-channel.
It is noted that the fire was liquidated by 15 employees and three units of equipment. The injured woman was hospitalized.
According to the source Izvestia, also in the fire died four cats. In addition, he said that there was no smoke in the stairwell near the apartment, only the smell of burnt plastic was felt. The door of the apartment where the fire occurred, no one opened, because of this firefighters had to open the lock. The other apartments in the building were not damaged.
Earlier the same day, as a result of a fire in a private house in the town of Sasovo, Ryazan region, one person died. According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire was a malfunction of the heating stove. The fire was extinguished by 10 specialists and three units of equipment.
