Congratulations in prose on Orthodox Christmas

The Russian Orthodox Church celebrates Christmas on January 7. Divine services begin the evening before the celebration and last until late at night. People spend the day with their families: they organize feasts, give gifts to children, and visit relatives. Some also exchange cards with pictures of angels, decorated fir trees, and the creche (cave) where Jesus was born. The cards are accompanied by short greetings:
