MTS spoke about business development trends in Russia
In Russia, AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) technologies are actively emerging, said Oleg Aldoshin, MTS Vice President for Corporate and New Business Development, in an interview with Vedomosti. Technologies and Innovations".
"The synergy of IoT, Big Data and AI allows businesses to become smarter, more flexible and predict changes, improving the quality of life, efficiency and sustainability of industries. Generative AI interacting with IoT and Big Data will be even more deeply integrated into business solutions, helping to analyze huge amounts of data in real time, model scenarios to prevent accidents and optimize resource management," Aldoshin said.
According to him, businesses in Russia have an opportunity to introduce smart and IoT technologies not only in industry, but also in a number of other sectors. In particular, businesses in Russia can use computer vision to monitor drivers and incidents, customize access control systems, and "predict the trajectory of harmful emissions dispersion, automatically detect hidden signs of fire." "The system itself logs the incident and notifies the operator. In cybersecurity, our portfolio includes cloud-based solutions for automatic defense against DDoS attacks, continuous pentest (testing) of digital assets and threat monitoring. In the future, AIoT will be able to predict risk zones and automatically initiate corrective actions to eliminate an accident or prevent infrastructure wear and tear," Aldoshin suggested.
He predicted that AIoT systems will be able to personalize healthcare and fully automate logistics, transportation and household processes, adapting to the preferences of smart home residents.
"We have big ambitions in the b2b segment, and in general we believe in active business growth in Russia," the MTS vice president added.
