The reason for the rejection of Vladislav Bakalchuk's claim for the transfer of Wildberries assets has become known

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region did not find any evidence to support the claims of Vladislav Bakalchuk, who sought invalidation of the transaction on the transfer of Wildberries assets to the merged company RVB (created as a result of the merger of the marketplace and outdoor advertising operator Russ). This follows from the court decision, which was read by RIA Novosti on January 10.

The court also found that the founder of Wildberries Tatiana Kim (Bakalchuk) is the owner of 99% in the authorized capital of LLC "Wildberries", and her husband - 1% share.

"Evidence that these transactions caused harm or were aimed at causing harm to Wildberries LLC and the plaintiff were not presented", - stated in the document.

About the corresponding decision of the court "Interfax" with reference to sources wrote on December 19, 2024. The process was held in closed mode, the agency's interlocutor did not give details of the case. Vladislav Bakalchuk demanded that the court recognize the transaction as invalid, because it, in his opinion, was aimed at causing harm to Wildberrys LLC and himself.

The restructuring of the combined Wildberries and Russ company was completed in early October last year.
