"Viasat launches new TV channel about love viju TV1000 romantica

Viasat is expecting an addition to its lineup: the company has announced the launch of a new TV channel viju TV1000 romantica. Its library will include foreign series that tell exciting stories of love. The channel will be the 15th in the company's portfolio. Broadcasting will start on November 25 this year.

The viju TV1000 romantica will air serials from Turkey, Brazil and Argentina. Multiseries films from these countries are preferred by young women (25-49 years old) in 2024. Viewers will also be able to watch in-demand Portuguese series, Korean and Chinese doramas.

"One of our main goals is to give viewers the content they need. Analytical data shows us that there is a trend towards serialized viewing right now. Currently, TV series occupy 18% of airtime, while the demand is 26%. Therefore, we decided to create a new product. Viasat's portfolio already includes 14 entertainment, educational and sports channels for different audience segments. Our 15th channel, called viju TV1000 romantica, is created specifically for young women. It is dedicated to series about love and romance," commented Alexey Krol, General Director of Viasat, on the launch of the channel.

He also expressed confidence that the new channel will be popular among the viewers.

Turkish projects are characterized by a combination of melodrama and comedy. The new channel will feature stories that have won the hearts of millions of viewers around the world, such as "Love for Hire", "Love, Reason, Revenge", "Meriem's Love".

The peculiarities of Latin American telenovelas are ardent heroes, unexpected plots, complicated destinies of characters and drama. Viewers of viju TV1000 romantica will be able to watch both rating hits of the 2000s and fresh multi-part stories - "Dr. Lucia", "Cocoa" and many others.

It is noted that viju TV1000 romantica will be of interest to both female and male audience.
