Russian tour operators have not received any information about changes in the operation of the all-inclusive catering system in Turkish hotels. This was announced on October 28 by the press service of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).

The organization explained that the media reports were based on a publication quoting the ideas of the head of one of the Turkish hotel holdings. These proposals were of a debatable nature and were put forward within the framework of journalism for the professional community of Turkey.

"We are not talking about the entire market, much less about any government initiatives. Moreover, the tour operators did not receive any data on changes in the catering system even within the holding, the head of which offered his ideas for discussion," the representative of ATOR emphasized in an interview with TASS.

ATOR also noted that the introduction of legislative or government restrictions on the all-inclusive format in Turkey is impossible. This system is being developed by private companies, and no official decisions have been made to review it.

On the same day, Tolga Kilit, a representative of the Kilit Group hotel group, proposed dividing the all—inclusive system in Turkish hotels into five categories - from economical to luxury. The Eco, Eco Plus, medium, high and luxury categories, according to his idea, will differ in the range of services and the level of quality.
