Ukrainian troops have begun using a new tactic: they detonate a drone in the air, the explosives of which are filled with metal balls or other metal damaging elements. This was reported on October 24 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The enemy has a new drone attack tactic. The meaning is this: [UAVs with] explosives with metal balls or some other metal damaging elements are hovering in the air," TASS cites the text of the message.

According to them, the drone is blown up in the air above a group of people. The drone does not dive or search for a target, but explodes over a place where there are presumably people.
