- An excursion program is being organized at the Russian Wine Forum for the first time
For the first time in the framework of the RVF, a special excursion program on the wineries of the Krasnodar Territory is organized for participants. Guests will be able to visit existing production facilities, learn about the peculiarities of creating Russian wines, get acquainted with the history of famous wine houses and modern projects in the field of wine tourism.
The program includes 11 wineries of the Krasnodar Territory, located in different parts of the region: from the vicinity of Novorossiysk and Anapa to the Taman Peninsula. Among them are enterprises with more than a century and a half of history, family wineries and modern complexes combining wine production with gastronomy and tourism.
One of the destinations will be the Abrau-Durso Wine Tourism Center, whose history began in 1870 by decree of Emperor Alexander II. Today, there is a large enogastronomical resort with historical wine cellars, restaurants and a well-developed tourist infrastructure on the shores of Lake Abrau.
Another historical farm is Myshako, founded in 1869. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, his wines were supplied to the imperial table. The winery is located in the southern part of Novorossiysk, offering views of the Black Sea, the city and vineyards.
Participants will be able to study modern production technologies using the example of Chateau Pinot and the Rocky Coast winery. Both farms use the gravity principle of winemaking, which allows them to move grapes and wort with minimal mechanical impact. Chateau Pinot is located on the slopes of Mount Koldun near Novorossiysk. In addition to the production complex, there is a snail farm, restaurants, a hotel and a fleet of retro cars. Rocky Coast is a modern winery, the architecture and technological solutions of which are subordinated to the peculiarities of the production process.
Chateau Andre and Chateau le Grand Vostock will introduce guests to the traditions of European winemaking. The family-owned Chateau Andre winery, located near Anapa, is built in the style of French Provence. The complex has 86 hectares of vineyards, a farmer's cafe, an apiary, an orchard and an observation tower. Château le Grand Vostock was founded in 2003 with the participation of French investors and winemakers. The farm was modeled after a classic French chateau with a full production cycle.
A separate area of the program is related to gastronomic tourism. The Lefkadia Valley wine region, located in the foothills of the Caucasus, is known for its vineyards, lavender fields and the production of farm cheeses. Camembert, buche with white mold and other cheeses made from local milk are produced here.
The program also includes Fanagoria, one of the largest wine–growing enterprises on the Taman Peninsula. On the territory of the farm there is an underground wine cellar with an area of 3 thousand square meters. m, designed for aging wine in oak barrels. It has its own cooperage, the Old Russian Oak, and the historical heritage of the wine region is represented by a restored antique winery.
Participants will be able to get acquainted with the production of still and sparkling wines at the Chateau Taman winery, which is part of the Kuban-Vino enterprise. The farm combines classical winemaking methods with modern technologies, including the production of sparkling wines by the traditional bottled method and the Charm method.
Two more objects of the excursion program are located on Golubitskaya Strelka, a narrow strip of land between the Sea of Azov and the Akhtanizovsky estuary. The Golubitskoye Estate unites 231 hectares of vineyards, modern production facilities, underground galleries, tasting rooms and a restaurant with panoramic views. Villa Romanov, located nearby, is a country club that combines winemaking with architecture, history, and collecting.
The V Russian Wine Forum will be held from October 21 to 23, 2026 in Gelendzhik. The main venue of the Forum will be the Bely Mys wine town.
The Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation and the Association "Federal Self-Regulatory Organization of Winegrowers and Winemakers of Russia" (FSRO ABVR), with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. The Forum is co–Organized by Rosselkhoznadzor. The strategic scientific partner is the Kurchatov Institute National Research Center.
