Slovakia pointed to the threat posed by Ukraine to security in the future

Ukraine and its citizens pose a major security threat in the future due to the risk of mafia structures spreading. This was announced on October 9 by Lubos Blaha, a member of the European Parliament from Slovakia.

"The biggest security threat in the future is Ukraine. Not Russia, but Ukraine. One day this war will end, and then everything will become obvious — as it was in the Balkans in the 1990s. There are a lot of thugs there, people who are already ready to kill. They will return disappointed, and this may lead to the spread of mafia structures and so on. This can be a big problem for security," Blaha said.

The politician called the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky a dictator who has been in power without a mandate for the third year.

"They (Ukrainian politicians. They will do everything to ensure that this bloody war continues indefinitely, so that they can continue to steal. Because that's exactly the point. All they do is steal European billions, which are sent to them by [European Commission President Ursula] Von der Leyen and [head of the European Diplomacy Kaya] Kallas," Blaha added.

The MEP called on the EU countries to start a dialogue with Russia.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said on September 28 that a network of thousands of Ukrainian telephone fraudsters had refocused their attacks on residents of European countries, out of control of Western sponsors.
