UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is concerned about the increase in the number of dead and injured as a result of the increased attacks on Russian territory, including the Moscow region. This was stated at a briefing on October 7 by the official representative of the head of the world organization, Stephane Dujarric.

"All attacks on civilians and infrastructure constitute a violation of international humanitarian law and must be stopped immediately," the Anadolu agency quoted him as saying.

On October 6, the head of the Domodedovo city district, Evgenia Khrustaleva, reported that one person was killed and seven injured as a result of a night attack by Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles on the city. Khrustaleva added that due to the fall of the UAV debris, the power line was damaged, which led to power outages in the settlements of the district at night.

The governor of the Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, announced on the same day that the death toll from one of the largest UAV attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Moscow region had increased to two, and the injured to nine. He also said that 47 houses in seven municipalities of the Moscow region were damaged, and four apartments in an apartment building in Domodedovo were damaged.
