Members of the Usoltsev family, who disappeared in the Krasnoyarsk taiga in 2025, could have become victims of a crime after they tried to wait out the bad weather in one of the nearest settlements. This version was put forward on September 30 by former investigator for particularly important cases Amurkhan Yandiev.

"The Usoltsevs got caught in the rain and, most likely, began to return. Perhaps they went to someone's house and could not come out again, they turned out to be victims of a crime," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
