As part of the campaign, owners of Volkswagen Golf, Golf Variant, Tiguan, Touran and Caddy, which were produced from September 2013 to July 2024, as well as Audi Q3, produced from October 2017 to May 2024, will be invited to the service centers.

During the service intervention, the fastener will be checked and the potentially problematic bolt will be replaced with a more corrosion-resistant one.
