Two technoparks will be built in Pechatniki under the KRT program

In the south-east of Moscow, in the Pechatniki district, they plan to reorganize about 5 hectares of land and build two technoparks. Draft decisions on integrated territorial development (CDT) have been prepared for two sites. This was announced on Thursday, September 24, by the press service of the metropolitan complex of urban planning and construction.

Vladimir Yefimov, head of the Moscow urban development complex, said that the south-east of the capital continues to form a major center of business and economic activity "Southern Port". Two projects are planned to be implemented within the framework of the integrated territorial development program on plots with a total area of almost 5 hectares. Two modern light-industrial technoparks with a total area of more than 120,000 square meters will be built in Yuzhnoportov Passage 2. They will house offices and production facilities, and the implementation of projects will create more than 2.5 thousand jobs. The volume of investments in the development of the sites is estimated at 34.77 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect may exceed 1.2 billion rubles, the "Moscow" city news agency reports.

The plots are located in the Pechatniki district at the following addresses: 2nd Yuzhnoportovy passage, possession 14/22 and possession 33, building 2, next to "Kozhukhovskaya" station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line. Technoparks will be located about 580 m from each other, writes "Moscow 24".

A significant part of the space will be occupied by office and business spaces, the rest of the premises will be intended for various industries. In particular, the technoparks will be able to accommodate enterprises of the light, pharmaceutical, porcelain and earthenware and electronic industries. Warehouses for storing products and car parking are also provided. The surrounding areas will be landscaped and convenient approaches to the metro station will be organized.

At the end of August, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that the main residents of the "Bartenevskaya" technopark under construction in the Yuzhnoye Butovo district of Moscow would be high-tech enterprises producing innovative equipment for the food industry and household appliances.
