Nardella spoke about adapting to life in Russia after joining "Torpedo"

On September 22, American defender of "Torpedo" hockey club Robert Nardella spoke about adapting to life in Russia and his experience of getting to know a new culture.

"I like Russia, I feel comfortable. This is my second season here and I'm really enjoying this time. The most difficult thing is the language barrier, but I like the experience of interacting with a new culture," "Sport-Express" quotes him as saying.

The hockey player noted that he had started learning Russian, but so far he only knows a few words. According to him, he enjoys the process of learning a new language.

""Sport-Express" clarifies that in February "Torpedo" extended the contract with Nardella until May 2027.

"I won't single out anyone except Rodina in the first league."
