Early years and education

Sabitova was born on August 12, 1953 in Tashkent. From a young age, she studied dancing and studied at a children's ballet school. In 1971, she graduated from the Tashkent Choreographic College. A year later, she completed an internship at the Moscow Choreographic College with teacher L. Menshova.
