An instructor pilot and a cadet of "Aviator" aviation center were on board the light-engine aircraft that crashed in Tatarstan. This was announced on September 12 by a source of "Izvestia".

According to the source, cadet Vladimir Zh. and 34-year-old pilot Oleg G. were performing a training flight. The aircraft took off from the village of Kurkachi in the area of a High Mountain.

The Cessna-172 plane crashed in the Tatarstan village of Shemordan earlier in the day. The pilot and passenger were killed, there were no injuries or damage on the ground.
