Pavel Volya's company demanded more than 2.5 million rubles from a public organization

Pavel Volya's company, VOLYA VEAR LLC, filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court against the regional public organization Lermontov Time to recover more than 2.5 million rubles of debt and penalties. This is stated in the document, which was reviewed by Izvestia on September 10.

As follows from the document, the dispute arose due to contracts concluded on April 17, 2026. The plaintiff indicates that he manufactured and handed over to the defendant textile products with the buyer's logo printed on them. The cost of the goods under the contract was 1 million 208 thousand rubles. According to the plaintiff, the payment was not made on time.

In addition, the parties signed a contract to carry out work on applying the logo to the product worth another 1 million 208 thousand rubles. The lawsuit states that VOLYA VEAR LLC subsequently unilaterally renounced this agreement, but demanded payment for the work already completed. The company claims that the relevant obligation was also not fulfilled by the defendant.

As a result, VOLYA VEAR LLC is asking to recover 1 million 208 thousand rubles of debt for the goods and another 1 million 208 thousand rubles for the work performed from the Lermontov Time organization. There are also claims for penalties: 108 thousand rubles for late payment of goods and 68 thousand rubles for late payment of work. The total amount of the stated monetary claims is 2 million 593 thousand rubles. In addition, the plaintiff requests to reimburse the costs of paying the state duty in the amount of 102 thousand rubles.

According to the lawsuit, the company also requires to charge a penalty in the amount of 0.1% of the amount of the corresponding debt for each day of delay starting from September 10, 2026 and until the actual fulfillment of obligations. The documents note that before going to court, the plaintiff sent a claim to the defendant demanding repayment of the debt and payment of a penalty, however, according to VOLYA VEAR LLC, the claims were not satisfied.
