The guard helped Kiev prepare a terrorist attack against the British ambassador

On September 10, the Federal Security Service (FSB) detained a Ukrainian agent and prevented an assassination attempt on the British ambassador in Moscow. The recruited Russian got a job as a security guard at the diplomatic mission and collected information about its employees in order to stage a terrorist attack and provoke an international scandal. The Nazis and a blogger from Ukraine, who was engaged by the Kiev special services, are involved in the case. Alexey Poltoranin, a correspondent for Izvestia, told more about the incident.

This is an FSB operation to detain an SBU agent who was preparing an assassination attempt on the British ambassador to Russia. A 45-year-old resident of Moscow, who worked as a security guard at the diplomatic mission, spent six months collecting data on management and subordinates.

"I contacted Dmitry Karpenko, who is a blogger and a journalist from Ukraine. I told him that I work at the embassy of the British ambassador," said the accused Marat.

Karpenko is known in Kiev not only as a journalist, but his interviews with Russian prisoners confirm his close cooperation with the Ukrainian special services. The spy was advised to contact him by a Ukrainian escort blogger who also worked for the SBU.

"Behind these friends, behind the partners in the game, there are actually Ukrainian special services — it could be someone who makes eyelashes, nails, it could be some kind of hairdresser," says Igor Semenovsky, a political scientist and associate professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

The blogger immediately began to extract information about the incident from the guard, who met the diplomat at the checkpoint almost daily: he opened the gates for his car to enter and knew who was coming to him. In particular, an SBU agent took a picture of the Israeli ambassador's car permit application at his workplace.

The British Embassy is located in the center of Moscow under heavy security. There is its own security service inside, which controls the access regime — the entry of cars and the passage of people. From the outside, similar functions are performed by employees of a specialized enterprise.

The PSC employee knew when the head of the diplomatic mission was arriving, his schedule of meetings and meetings, who besides him lived in the residence and who was subordinate. A list with the names and surnames of the staff of the secretariat, the top management, the political department, IT specialists and security officers was found on the phone. All this data was sent in Karpenko's messenger.

"The Ukrainian authorities are very interested in this information in order to carry out sabotage activities against the British Ambassador in Moscow," said the accused Marat.

The detainee himself was an ardent follower of Nazi ideology. He got a tattoo in the form of a trident on his right shoulder, which was noticed by colleagues — he had to wear long-sleeved clothes. One day, he allowed himself a Nazi greeting at work.

The guard informed Karpenko of his desire to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and his willingness to cooperate further. However, the Ukrainian special services would have found another person for the role of the perpetrator of the terrorist attack after the agent had completed collecting information.

"I carried out all the orders that, on the one hand, were aimed at undermining the state security of the Russian Federation," said Vladimir Nechaev, a veteran counterintelligence officer of the KGB of the USSR.

After committing the sabotage, a big diplomatic scandal would have definitely broken out, and accusations would have been leveled at Russia. This is what the Kiev regime was counting on, which could thus get new supplies of weapons, equipment and attempts to pressure our country from London.

"The calculation is being made to provoke and further aggravate the conflict between the UK and the Russian Federation with the involvement of other European states," says Oleg Khlobystov, a historian of the special services.

The official representative office of the British intelligence service MI6 was informed about the spy's activities. The FSB continues to work on identifying agents and countering the Ukrainian special services, using all available methods.

The detention of an employee of the British Embassy in Moscow became known earlier that day. It was noted that the planned acts of sabotage and terrorism against the head of the British diplomatic mission, Nigel Casey, and other diplomats, followed by the accusation of Russia, were supposed to draw Britain into a direct conflict with the Russian Federation.

Later, the FSB Public Relations Center reported that the detainee was a security officer at the British Embassy. He passed information about diplomats to the Ukrainian curators in order to prepare a sabotage operation.
