NMG Film Distribution has presented a teaser trailer for the new film almanac "Three Cats"

NMG Kinoprokat, a distributor of feature and animated films, part of the National Media Group holding, Metrafilms Studio and CTC present a teaser trailer and a teaser poster for a new film almanac based on one of the most popular Russian animation projects, Three Cats. Distant lands." The premiere in Russian cinemas will take place on December 17, 2026.

The cake, Caramel and Compote together with the parents will go on a big family trip to three countries at once — China, India and Brazil. The characters are waiting for new acquaintances, unexpected adventures and a meeting with the culture and traditions of different parts of the world.

In China, a Cake, Caramel and Compote will help Dad solve the mystery associated with the legendary "Great Recipe Book". In India, a family trip to an international design competition will suddenly turn into a real trip across the country. And in Brazil, kittens will go to the famous carnival in Rio de Janeiro and find themselves embroiled in the search for the owner of a lost parrot. New friends, unexpected challenges and acquaintance with traditions, music, cuisine and culture of different countries await the heroes along the way.

The new almanac continues the successful tradition of theatrical releases in the "Three Cats" universe. Last year, in honor of the 10th anniversary of the project, the first almanac was released in the cinema - "Three Cats. Time travel." The project combined special episodes, including the story of the anniversary of the acquaintance of mom and dad, where the family holiday turned into an amazing journey through different eras. The project received a great response from the audience and collected more than 184 million rubles at the box office in Russia and the CIS.

Animation "Three cats. Faraway Lands" will bring together everything that viewers love about the project: familiar characters, family humor, vivid adventures and new discoveries — this time far beyond Cotopolis.
