A resident of the Khabarovsk Territory, detained on suspicion of treason, independently purchased combustible materials to set fire to a telecom operator's station. Footage of the detention of the person involved on September 7 was shown by the FSB's Public Relations Center.
During the interrogation, the young man said that he had contacted an agent of the Ukrainian special services via the Internet. A representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate gave the suspect the task of destroying the mobile operator's tower and sent him the coordinates. The man purchased combustible mixtures and went to his destination. After that, he opened the door with a tire iron and poured ignition over the technical cabinet.
The suspect filmed the crime on video and sent it to the customer. For which I received a reward from him in cryptocurrency.
In a statement, the FSB Central Control Center noted that the special services of Ukraine are attempting to involve civilians in illegal activities to harm Russia. In addition, the FSB warns that providing assistance to the enemy faces criminal liability.
On September 7, the FSB detained a Russian in the Khabarovsk Territory who, on instructions from the Ukrainian special services, set fire to a cellular communication station. The ministry noted that a criminal case has been opened against the detainee under Article 275 ("High treason in the form of providing other assistance to a foreign state") and part 1 of Article 281 ("Sabotage").
