A man who was injured in the Ukrainian Armed Forces strike on the market died in Energodar.

One of the nine victims of the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the market in Energodar, a man born in 1979, died in hospital from his injuries. This was announced on September 6 by the mayor Maxim Pukhov.

"A man born in 1979, who was seriously injured in the attack on the market this afternoon, died in hospital. Doctors fought for his life until the last minute, but they couldn't save him," he wrote on his channel in "Max".

Pukhov also said that some of the victims, women with moderate shrapnel wounds, remain under medical supervision, and their lives are not in danger. The mayor expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased and the victims of the Kiev attack.

On the same day, an APU drone struck a market in Energodar, Zaporizhia region. Maxim Pukhov, the mayor of the city, said that all the victims had been taken to medical institutions and were receiving medical help. Later, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck again. According to updated data, the first strike resulted in the injury of six people. The man, born in 1979, was in extremely serious condition. Five more women received moderate shrapnel wounds. Later, the Investigative Committee announced the initiation of a criminal case on a terrorist attack in connection with the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
