The IX half marathon "My Capital" will take place in Moscow on October 3 and 4, which will conclude the All-Russian tourist series "Running on the Golden Ring". This year, more than 17,000 athletes from different regions of Russia will take part in the competition, and over 20,000 fans will come to support them. The route of the half marathon will pass by the iconic places of Moscow. Participants will start at University Square, run near the observation deck on Vorobyovy Gory and the Large Sports Arena of the Luzhniki Olympic Complex, and from the Borodinsky Bridge they will see the Moskva River and the city's embankments, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

On Saturday, October 3, there will be 1 km and 5 km races, as well as a 500 m children's start. A "Run of Unlimited Possibilities" will be held for pupils of adaptive culture schools at the same distance.

On Sunday, October 4, the participants will compete at distances of 10 km and 21.1 km. In addition, an educational and entertainment program will be prepared for athletes and guests. To participate in the races, you must register in advance.
