Professions of the future are now beginning to be mastered from school. Robotics, space, history, agricultural technologies — the Razgon youth community gives children and teenagers the opportunity not just to choose a profession, but to try it out right away. And in the "Interns" direction, it's even more serious: a month of real work at enterprises where real tasks are instead of assessments. Kirill Solodkov, a correspondent for Izvestia, told about how the third season of the project went.

The finale of the next season of the reality show "Acceleration. Interns" is a unique educational project where knowledge is tested not by grades, but by real work.

In the third season, future agronomists, engineers, and biotechnologists were paired up with advertisers, marketers, and journalists. Two participants, two professions, one team.

"Before that, I wasn't even indirectly connected with agriculture, I didn't touch it at all. It turned out that this is far from how I imagined it — both technologies and people," said the student of the NSU. Lobachevsky University (specialty "advertising and public relations") Daniil Grebenyuk.

"We had assignments like photo shoots, shooting rils. I've never done this before, to be honest, and I liked it. It is very necessary to popularize your profession, because now everyone is leaving to live in the city, and the agro-industrial complex (agro—industrial complex) needs to be developed," said Andrey Chepurko, a student at Kherson Agrarian University.

The competing teams had internships at the country's largest factories, where seeds and fruits are grown, dairy products are produced, and veterinary drugs are handled. The participants studied the modern agro-industry from farm to counter.

Each member of the team had to work hard in a "foreign field". Students of agricultural universities learned to grow not only crops, but also an interest in their product, and future media professionals for the first time touched the work on the land.

"Already in the final, we can say that this experiment was a success. It is really very important that the guys from the scientific world — geneticists, breeders, biologists, chemists – who participate with us, understand how to make their work interesting not only to a narrow circle of specialists, but also to a wide audience in order to promote it on their blogs and social networks," said the first deputy CEO of the company. "Innopraktika" Natalia Popova.

The participants have completed a month of exciting internship, and the final tests were held at the Timiryazev Academy in Moscow. The final tests — an agroquiz and a photo session presentation — will show how well the participants managed to understand each other's professions.

"Interns" is just one of the directions of the large youth community "Dispersal" of the Innopraktika company. Specialists have been growing here for a long time, and on completely different "beds".

"We are witnessing the emergence of young, active, creative, persistent talents who are not afraid of any difficulties and do not complain about anything. This is actually what happens in every project implemented under the auspices of Innopraktika," said Andrey Serov, CEO of Mediapraktika.

In Maximus, students assemble robots and try on engineering professions, in Constellations they bring history to life, and in Cosmos they independently design and launch satellites into the stratosphere. More than 2.5 thousand schoolchildren and students from all over the country have already taken part in the "Crackdown".

"Both as students and in high school at this age, it is very important to come into contact with different facets of professions, to experience them in person — then they understand who they see themselves as in the future, and they consciously follow this path," said Anna Dunaeva, coordinator of the Razgon youth community.

Apparently, the soil turned out to be fertile. The winners will receive 100,000 rubles each and invaluable work experience at the largest enterprises in the industry. The third season of the project will be released at the end of September in the Overclocking Agro community on the VK Video platform.

The oral history exam for 9th grade students is planned to be made a prerequisite for admission to the state final certification. On September 4, Sergey Kravtsov, the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, clarified that the exam would be evaluated in the "credit/non-credit" format. The introduction of a new knowledge test is planned in two years.
