The old quarter near the Moskovsky Tract in Tyumen will be demolished as part of the KRT project

An integrated territorial development project (CDT) is being implemented in Tyumen, not far from the Moskovsky Tract. High-rise buildings will appear in place of dilapidated houses, they told the Hurrah news agency.ru" in the Parity Group of Companies.

We are talking about the territory within the boundaries of Nevsky, January 9, Transportnaya and Parkhomenko streets. The site is gradually being cleared of the objects located on it, mainly private and dilapidated residential buildings.

As noted in the developer's press service, the houses in the new quarter will have variable storeys. Commercial premises, a single underground parking, through-front and wheelchair spaces are provided in them. A central alley will be landscaped on the territory, a street ball court, gazebos and canopies, a pump track, chess tables and other facilities will be placed.

The large-scale reconstruction of the quarter will take place in several stages. It is planned to complete the implementation of the CRT project in the fourth quarter of 2028.
