He said that over the past 11 years, 25 trillion rubles of capital investments have been attracted to the development of the Far East, and the gross regional product has tripled. The dynamics of investment and construction in the region exceeds the national average, and unemployment has decreased fourfold in 20 years.
He noted that from January 1, a single preferential treatment for investors will begin to operate throughout the Far East and the Arctic. The President called for expanding geological exploration, developing new deposits and processing raw materials on site, forming value chains and creating jobs. He suggested using offset contracts to guarantee the sale of products.
The Head of State also spoke about the development of energy and technology. According to him, the comprehensive program for the development of the electric power industry in the Far East is designed until 2050, and one of the solutions for supplying remote areas will be small nuclear power generation. Putin noted the development of the Russian Railways quantum communications network and said that by 2030 it should be extended to the Far East and all regional capitals.
Putin paid special attention to the Northern Sea Route. The President called for making navigation on it year-round, developing icebreaking and rescue fleets, satellite constellation and port infrastructure. By the end of the 2020s, the volume of traffic along the Transarctic Transport Corridor should reach at least 70 million tons per year.
In the social sphere, the President noted the implementation of master plans for Far Eastern cities and Arctic strongholds, the construction of new schools, hospitals and other facilities. Thanks to the Far Eastern mortgage at a rate of 2%, the commissioning of housing in the region was doubled to 5.3 million square meters. m. Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks on Russian regions

The consequences of the attacks were also reported in the Orel, Belgorod and Gorlovka regions.
