Putin has stated the priority of training skilled workers in Russia

Russian enterprises prioritize the training of qualified and competitive workers, which strengthens partnerships with educational organizations. This was stated on September 3 in the greeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the participants, organizers and guests of the XIV All-Russian Forum of Working Youth in Perm.

The Head of State noted that the participants of the event will be able to get acquainted with the industrial enterprises of the Perm Region, as well as their labor collectives.

"I would like to note that the state pays priority attention to the training of qualified, competitive workers: new educational institutions are being opened and existing ones are being modernized, their material and technical base is being improved, modern pedagogical standards and methods are being formed, and partnership between educational organizations and enterprises is being strengthened," the message says on the Kremlin's website.

Putin pointed out that the youth forum would promote fruitful communication between young professionals from different regions of the country who work in strategic, high-tech sectors of the national economy. During discussions and business meetings with the heads of large companies and departments, participants will be able to discuss issues related to the development of youth entrepreneurship, corporate volunteerism, and improving financial and legal literacy.

"I am sure that this forum will be successful, and your initiatives, bold ideas and developments will definitely be in demand," the Russian leader summed up.

Anton Vasiliev, Director of Hextech Technical College, told Izvestia on August 30 that IT, industrial automation, equipment operation, electrical engineering, construction, transport and logistics remain the most promising areas for college education. Graduates of such specialties receive applied skills and can be involved in work processes faster. He added that the requirements for novice specialists in applied professions have increased significantly.
