UAZ has prepared a mural for the 85th anniversary of the plant

Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant has prepared a mural on the wall of a multi-storey residential building in Ulyanovsk in honor of the 85th anniversary of the company, the company's press service reported.

A mural adorns the facade of the house at 16 General Melnikov Street. The plot is based on production, the urban environment and iconic UAZ models. In the center of the composition is the figure of a worker, the heart of the factory. There are silhouettes of cars, a logo and fragments of workshops nearby. Alexander Volkov became the lead artist of the project.

The UAZ: The Art of Movement project was implemented jointly with the Foundation for Creative Industries of the Ulyanovsk Region with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives.

As reported on August 17, the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant will begin selling the updated Patriot SUV in the Expedition special version this fall. Representatives of the company called the upgraded Patriot "the most daring in history." The model will receive a new range of units, fully LED optics and a compact multi-steering wheel.
