An unknown person in Moscow twice set fire to the door of the apartment where the children were. This was announced on September 1 by a source of Izvestia.

It is noted that the fire was recorded in one of the residential buildings on Pestel Street. There were two children inside at the time of the incident. The flames were extinguished before the arrival of emergency services.

As a neighbor told Izvestia, this is the second case of an attack on this housing. The previous incident occurred on August 30th. Then the vestibule door burned out completely and had to be dismantled.

A resident of the house also said that the current owner of the apartment links the arson attacks to the actions of the former owner. According to a neighbor, the man allegedly cannot accept the sale of real estate. She also added that the ex-owner had previously served his sentence in prison.

On August 27, police officers detained a suspect in the arson of six cars in Korolev, Moscow region. A man in a state of alcoholic intoxication noticed an unlocked car parked at a house on Tikhonravova Street. He set fire to the back seat of the car with a lighter, after which the fire spread to neighboring vehicles.
