Applications for the Domclick Digital Awards are open.

Sberbank's Domclick Department will host the Domclick Digital Awards for real estate market leaders for the third time. Applications for nominations will be accepted until October 1, 2026.

In 2026, Domclick Digital Awards will be presented in six special nominations, said Alexey Leypi, Director of Sberbank's Domclick Department. "The award unites the leaders of the real estate market and those who, with their projects, solutions and approaches, move the industry forward," he stressed. According to Leypi, "the winners don't just receive an award: their experience becomes a benchmark for the entire industry, and the projects themselves are an example of how to create a comfortable living environment by implementing advanced technologies and innovations."

Applications are accepted in the categories of "People's Realtor of the Year", "Expert of the Year", "Developer of the Year", "Contractor of the Year", "Social Initiative" and "Best Marketing Campaign". There are special conditions for real estate agencies in the People's Realtor of the Year nomination: the leaders will be determined by an open vote on the award's website. The award ceremony will take place on December 10 in Moscow as part of Domclick Digital Day.

The Domclick Digital Awards will also identify the top 50 partners of Domclick among real estate agencies, developers and contractors of suburban construction. The winners will be selected based on Domclick's ratings of "Top 100 Real Estate Agencies in Russia", "Top 50 Contractors in Russia", and "Top 100 Developers in Russia".

The award will be given to companies that actively participate in transactions, regularly update information about projects, and consistently receive good customer reviews. There is no need to submit a separate application — the results will be determined by the number of transactions conducted with Domclick for the period from November 1, 2025 to November 1, 2026.
