A criminal case has been opened after a rock collapse at a mine in the Polina Osipenko district of the Khabarovsk Territory, which killed a worker and injured two others. This was reported on August 31 in the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 217 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of industrial safety requirements for hazardous production facilities, resulting in the death of a person by negligence")," the Telegram channel says.
