Doomsday Radio broadcast two new signals over the weekend
The UVB-76 shortwave radio station, known as Doomsday Radio, transmitted two voice messages on August 29 and 30. This was reported by the Telegram channel UVB-76 logs, which monitors the station's activity.
The first signal was recorded on Saturday at 17:59 Moscow time. The radio broadcast the message "Kolomokh". The second message containing the word "light" was heard on Sunday at 15:27 Moscow time.
UVB-76 is a military radio station established in the 1970s. Most of the time, it broadcasts a monotonous buzzing signal, which is why it is called a "buzzer" in the professional environment. Voice messages on this frequency rarely appear and usually consist of a set of names and numbers.
On August 27, Doomsday radio broadcast the words "kumotom" and "luftosil", as well as "isoenzyme", "ZMO9" and "zalochek". The last signals were "transgression" and "chicken".
