The owner of the Invitro franchises transferred the business to his mother because of debts to his ex-wife

Andrey Kaut, an entrepreneur and owner of Invitro franchises, transferred the business to his mother in order to escape responsibility to his ex-wife Valeria and their children together. This was announced to Izvestia on August 28 by his ex-wife's lawyer Olga Lukmanova.

"He really likes to circumvent the law, he is engaged in business fragmentation. 14 companies have been registered on it in order to circumvent taxation. About a month and a half ago, he transferred these companies to his mother in order to somehow escape responsibility once again as part of the division of property and the recovery of alimony," she explained.

The woman first applied for legal aid a year ago, but after a while she reconciled with her husband. In February 2026, Valeria made the final decision to separate from Kaut — together with a lawyer, a divorce application was filed, as well as claims for alimony and the determination of the children's place of residence.

"The three of us met, and he always got emotional after just five minutes of conversation. He started insulting Valeria, shouted obscenities at the whole restaurant, and also repeatedly said to me that I was a "fucker", that I was stupid," Lukmanova said.

The first court hearing was held on August 27, where Kaut tried to object to the inclusion of photographs and video materials, as well as the conclusions of a psychologist. According to Lukmanova, the entrepreneur's children need the help of specialists. In the future, Valeria's defense intends to limit the man's parental rights.

Lukmanov's lawyer reported on August 27 that Kaut had been beating his ex-wife for years and destroying the apartment in front of three children. When the woman decided to break off the relationship, the businessman continued to harass her, and then stole the younger children — the daughter was returned to her mother, and the seven-year-old son stayed with his father.

The investigative authorities of the GSU IC of Russia in Moscow are conducting a procedural check. The head of the department, Alexander Bastrykin, requested a report on its results.
