Sales of luxury used cars in Russia decreased in July
In July of this year, 219 used Luxury cars were registered in Russia, which is 11.7% less than in the same month last year. After a slight increase in May (+2.1%), the secondary luxury car market returned to decline, according to the analytical agency Autostat on August 28.
Bentley remains the most popular brand in the luxury segment on the secondary market, with 71 vehicles of this British brand sold in July. Rolls-Royce (57 units) is noticeably behind the leader.
Lamborghini and Maserati (31 units), Ferrari (22 units) and Aston Martin (7 units) are next in the vintage ranking with the same result.
Among the models in the used luxury car market, the Bentley Continental GT coupe remains the leader with a total of 35 cars sold in July. The top five were complemented by Lamborghini Urus crossovers (22 units), Rolls-Royce Sullinan (19 units) and Bentley Bentayga (16 units), as well as the Bentley Continental Flying Spur sedan (14 units).
Experts have noticed that in 2026, the secondary luxury car market is behaving erratically. In January, March and May, it showed an increase, and in February, April, and June, it showed a decrease. In total, 1,459 used luxury cars were purchased in Russia in January-July, which is 2.3% less than in January —July last year.
As reported on August 24, in the first seven months of 2026, Russians' spending on new cars increased by 22% year-on-year and reached 2.51 trillion rubles. At the same time, 424.2 billion rubles were spent on purchases separately in July, and this is the maximum figure for one month this year.
