Putin congratulates First Vice President of Azerbaijan Aliyeva on her birthday

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva on her birthday. The text of the congratulatory message was published on August 25 by the Media.Az .

"Dear Mehriban Arifovna, please accept my warmest congratulations on your birthday. I sincerely wish you health, happiness, prosperity and success in your government activities in your responsible position," the Russian leader's message of congratulations reads.

Putin also asked to convey his heartfelt greetings to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and all members of Mehriban Aliyeva's family.

Mehriban Aliyeva was born on August 26, 1964 in Baku. In 1988, she graduated with honors from the First Moscow State Medical Institute. In February 2017, Aliyeva was appointed First Vice President of Azerbaijan.
