On Moscow City Day, Polina Gagarina will perform on the big stage of the Island of Dreams

On September 5, the Island of Dreams will celebrate the launch of the open part of the park with a big city celebration. The main musical event of the evening will be a concert by Polina Gagarina, a special star guest of the grand opening.

The festive program will start in the afternoon and last about 10 hours. Acrobatic and extreme shows, theatrical performances, musical performances, interactive performances with artists and street performances will be held in five thematic zones. The highlight of the day is Polina Gagarina's big concert on the main stage. It starts at 19:00.

The open part of the Island of Dreams started working in soft mode on August 1. It is comparable in scale to the indoor part of the park and unites five themed areas, more than 20 mechanical attractions, walking routes, restaurants, cafes, recreation areas and a landscaped embankment.

In the "City of Dreamers" guests will enjoy dance shows, flash mobs, stilt walkers, plastic performances and an immersive performance "The City inside the Stars" based on the "Little Prince". Unusual characters will appear on the streets, and the space will be filled with music and interactive events.

In the Valley of Explorers, the celebration will be held to the rhythms of drums. The program includes a stomp show, acrobatic performances on jumpers, a drum show, musical battles and a spectacular motorcycle show with motorcyclists riding in a metal ball.

The Village of Dreamers will become the main family playground. There will be performances with the heroes of the park, musical interactivity, creative activities and a big soap show. The central event will be a performance about little Leonardo da Vinci, who dreams of learning to fly, with elements of acrobatics, a new circus, magic tricks, animation and soap effects.

There will be maximum movement in the "Territory of Speed": extreme shows, beatbox performances, aerial harp performances, bike stunts and parkour. Professional athletes will demonstrate synchronized jumping, acrobatics and freerunning elements.

In the "Fishing Bay" the program will move to the water. The atmosphere on the embankment will be created by sailors, pirates, musicians and a human orchestra that simultaneously plays several instruments and improvises with the guests.
