The new Russian anti-UAV station Polye-31 has begun to be actively used in the SVO zone to protect buildings, transport, personnel and civilian infrastructure from drones. This was announced on August 25 by a representative of the Kilowatt manufacturing company.

"The Polye-31 station is designed to protect facilities, vehicles, armored vehicles and personnel from attack and reconnaissance drones, as well as kamikaze drones by suppressing satellite intelligence channels," a manufacturer's representative told TASS.

The complex is installed on high ground, with a range of at least 2 km. Polye-31 suppresses the signals of most popular navigation systems.

On August 25, Uraldronzavod presented a new development — the Ghoul-K drone with a range of up to 50 km, capable of carrying explosive devices with a mass sufficient to destroy a building. The drone was presented at the Patriots of Russia forum in Tyumen as part of the exhibition of the National Defense Industrial Complex (MIC).
