Dmitry Tsarenko, the former director of singer Oleg Gazmanov, who is accused of fraud related to embezzlement of money from the artist's concerts, said in the arguments of the parties that he faithfully performed his duties while working for him. According to the defendant, during the consideration of the case, the state prosecution did not provide evidence that his actions had harmed the artist. During the debate between the parties, the state prosecution requested nine years in prison for Tsarenko in conjunction with his first sentence, handed down in 2025.
The former director is charged with embezzlement of more than 15 million rubles by abuse of trust, using his official position.
