In Krasnoyarsk, traffic was restricted on the Oktyabrsky Bridge due to road repairs. Two extreme lanes in the direction of traffic from the left to the right bank were blocked, the press service of the city administration reported on Thursday, August 20.

Inconveniences are associated with the replacement of waterproofing in the area of the expansion joint. The work is scheduled to be completed by Monday, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

At the same time, asphalt milling began on the strip where public transport runs. The road surface will be changed there at night.

After the completion of repairs on this site, the builders will switch to the outermost lanes in the opposite direction of traffic. After that, the central part of the road will be put in order.

Earlier it was reported that a new embankment will be improved in Krasnoyarsk on the right bank near the Oktyabrsky Bridge. The public space with a length of more than 500 m is planned to be transformed by August.
