In Hungary, 12 people were killed and at least 10 were seriously injured in an accident with a Polish bus. This was announced on August 16 by the country's Prime Minister Peter Magyar.

"12 people were killed and at least 10 seriously injured at night when a Polish bus went into a ditch," he wrote on Facebook (owned by Meta, recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation).

It is specified that the accident occurred on the M3 highway. The Head of Government expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

According to the Telex portal, the driver could have fallen asleep at the wheel. He was detained. There were 57 passengers and two drivers on the bus. One person suffered life—threatening injuries, nine were seriously injured, and 37 others were slightly injured. The injured were taken to hospitals.

As a result of a collision between a passenger car and a cement truck in Morocco on August 14, six people were killed and two injured. It was clarified that the Berreshida Royal Gendarmerie motorcycle unit, the regional command in Settat, local authorities and civil protection services arrived at the scene.
