It clarifies that visa cancellation does not change a person's citizenship, and a child who is born in the United States is a citizen of the country. According to the publication, the US State Department did not specify how many of the 750 cases of visa revocation concern pregnant tourists, and how many tour operators and agencies that provide "maternity tourism" services.
